Ricky Gervais is hosting the Golden Globes this/next/whatever you want to call it year? Yes, because what the Globes are missing is extreme smugness.

Hmmm about The Invention of Lying

Supposedly it's not actually a better-than-average romantic comedy, it's a dark comedy that basically attacks religion and isn't really very funny. So... Religulous with a slightly less smug Bill Maher (I'm the only one who finds Ricky Gervais mostly insufferable)? Yeah, I think I'll pass.

And of course...

When they cut to "Stanley," I pretty much die.

I love SNL right now.

Ricky Gervais! Japanese Office! DAWESOME. Okay, some of the other skits were lame, but... Japanese Office!!!! Oh, and the part where they were dancing in the conference room reminded me of Lost in Translation and I was just tickled pink. Ahhh wonderful.
