a. mmmm Chase Utley and Grady Sizemore and Ryan Braun, among others. Of course, this always applies to Jeter and A-Rod. Josh Hamilton is super hot too (and has a GREAT name, doesn't he?) but he seems, uh, troubled.
b. Joe Buck sounded like he was going to throw up when he called OYS a "jewel."
c. A-Rod's high socks/white cleats look is so awful. You'd think a guy who probably goes tanning and who like, dyed his hair would know better than that. God, I'd blocked that out of my head.
d. the reception Jonathan Papelbon gets in this game is fucking fantastic. I am so proud of my fellow Yankee fans.
e. Wow, Mo's entrance still gives me chills. Just amazing. And Mo teaching Halladay and Kazmir the cutter was pretty hilarious and cool though really, Mo, did you really need to teach those two anything when it came to facing the Yankees?!?!?
f. Really, AL? Bases loaded, nobody out in a tie game in extra innings, and it would have given Mo the win to boot if you'd gotten a guy home, and you couldn't score?!
g. It's already weird to see Manny in a Boston uniform and Cliff Lee in an Indians uniform.
h. Derek's reaction when the American League finally wins is so, so, so cute. Who is he hugging? I also got a pretty big kick out of this one moment in extra innings where he was chatting all happily with Francona while Girardi sat in the background looking pretty glum.
